About walk-in closet customization
The walk-in closet delivers the biggest experience premium in custom furniture. Same wardrobe capacity, but a walk-in layout with an island and lighting feels completely different.
CMITAL uses three layouts: U-shaped (from 6 sqm, most capacity), L-shaped (4-6 sqm, comfortable circulation) and galley (narrow spaces, with passages of at least 900 mm).

- Clear passage of at least 900 mm, or 1000 mm for a U-shaped layout
- Divide hanging space by garment length, with trouser racks, tie trays and jewellery compartments
- An island with built-in jewellery drawers and a glass top
- LED strips inside cabinets with sensor switches, so you see light not fixtures
- Glass doors to display bags, the rest closed against dust

How many square metres do I need for a walk-in closet?
It is worth it above 4 sqm. Below that we suggest a semi-open dressing area separated by sliding glass doors, balancing capacity and openness.
Does a walk-in closet need its own air conditioning or fresh air?
We recommend it. A walk-in closet is enclosed, holds a lot of clothing and traps humidity; a dehumidifier or fresh-air unit noticeably extends the life of your clothes.

What is the emission rating?
Every product uses ENF-grade substrate (formaldehyde ≤0.025 mg/m³, stricter than China's E0), so you can move in as soon as installation is done.
